What do the specs say, does the Factory marker have all the NeXus internals, if not and the price is more than £130 lower buy it and upgrade the internals, but all i got to say is:

yea it's only the milling thats different and perhaps the feedneck....they are both pretty good. i'd go directors cut coz it looks cool...
the factory edition also doesnt come with the qev's.. the factory edition also comes with a kaner barrel instead of dye xcel

Ultralite instead of kaner (tho i heard a rumour from somewhere that this'll be a ultralite on both models)
