PSP, Millenium and NXL are paintball leagues with their own rules. PSP is bigger in America than it is here, and Millenium is more played here.

PSP is usually first 3 shots are semi, then the rest are in 3 shot burst mode. Millenium is first 3 shots semi, rest is ramped to 10 bps. NXL is full auto.

Capped and Uncapped is basically the BPS limit. Millenium 09 rules state that ramping is capped at 10bps. Uncapped means there is no limit on BPS.

isnt millenium a sustained ROF? to turn the ramp on?i thought if you could pump out 8, it would put you up to the cap?

or are theses new rules?

3 shots in semi. If those three shots are faster than your set "pull" rate then it'll ramp up to the max rof for as long as you walk the sustain rate. If you don't walk the sustain rate, the counter will reset and you have to walk up to the pull rate again before it will ramp. That's the same with PSP but with PSP there is a short restart period that allows you a few milliseconds between bursts.

A capped ROF means it won't shoot faster than your set ROF. If you uncap it, it will fire as fast as the internals or your fingers will let it.

NXL is three shots semi before full auto, like mills but fully automatic ramping.
