Wot ever the front breech type you choose!

They've got interchangeable front breechs so you can change the barrel types, most though are Cocker threads.

spent 110 on a freak (Cocker threads) and feel it was a waste of money the stock barrel is that good
if u get a nice barrel to paint match plus cause the breech has dual barrel detents u wont get any balls roll out if the bore is smaller then the barrel
try the stock barrel before u spend any money on a aftermarket barrel
u can get threaded breechs to accept most barrels plus u can get a righthand feed breech if u dont like the vert

There are more reasons for having the correct bore barrel that just stopping balls rolling out. A very wide bore barrel (comparative to the paint) allows air to pass round the paint in the barrel which affects velocity (and therefore air consumption) and accuracy. And one day you may find the paint is too big for your standard (non-Freak type) barrel.

i totally agree matching the bore size is very important

one thing to watch with the matrix is as it is sh*t fast if the bore size is a little to tight a ball may not leave the barrel quickly enough and cause several balls to collide in the end of the barrel
