detaching top board from solenoid? (impy)

ok, i am selling thse 2 bits seperately, and i need to detach them from each other, the top board has 2 wires going into the solenoid which are siliconed on there....any ideas how to detach them?


and then, how do you get the solenoid out? and the valve

the two wores from the vision part of the board just unclip from the solenoid mate.
The solenoid is held on with two small screws

I've always wanted to know how to get the solenoid out for when I change my Impy body.

Maybe this is the type of question for Impulseownersgroup.com forums???? Since most people would never need to take the solenoid out

Make sure you post up how though, since I'll be doing the same thing soon...

LJ leave the screws that r in the end of the solonoid,the ones to undo r on the top through the silver part NOT the ends m8,under the solonoid there is a rubber gasket would appreciate that also if poss m8

aha, cheers, now just need to find an uber small screwdriver

and the two wires to the 'noid have a little white platic clip that you can just pull on (pull on the wires NOT the 'noid)

yep all undone now, just need a reeeeeally small allen key to get the eye off and a small screwdriver for the solenoid
