So who was at Denver, what was new?

I heard that foot traffic through the vendors wasn't what it could have been, seems the tie up to Warped Tour didn't bring the crowds as expected.

But what was new, what was on show? anyone got the scoop?

I heard Sire were releasing new designs and kit (anyone see them - any good?), plus there was the Bonebreak Freestyle, any other things of note?

How well supported were the old PSP guard lke DYE and Shocktech?

What was new?

Planet released E2 (EclipseBlade 2). I know it's not a Timmy, but I think you'll like it, everyone else did apart from our sales guys who had to listen to the demo gun rippin' on the stand all weekend - sorry Tom ;)

Dye & Shocktech both had large stands.

I thought that the vendors put on a good show - especially WDP - and although there was a lot of traffic it seems that there wasn't a lot of money being spent.

beaker, How are you? I was there. The vendors were out in force and lots of new toys to see and play with. eBlade II being a huge mention also lots and lots of timmys. I have never seen so many 'custom team timmys' being wielded by ppl pretending to take out unsuspecting spectators from the side lines. the Angel tent was nice of course as was the Empire tents. Evil had a huge trailor and all of the other usual suspects were present. You walked from tent to tent through the main promotions drag and all you could hear and see were groups of people around long haired zitty teenagers ripping triggers stupidly fast on new markers holding then in obscure positions etc.
It was busy but unfortunately the lay out did not favour the vendors because the additional huge potential of the warped tour crowds coming through was thwarted considerably by the fact that it was on the total opposite side of the stadium. Shame but by the looks of things and merchandise bags/marker parts and shiny markers being carried by spectators at the finals the vendors did very well and won't be complaining too loud.

Hey Grandad :) how's things?

Hope to see the E2 in full force ASAP, I still got your E1 here that i got from Glen BTW. So make sure you bring one for us at next training :)

Its a pity the vendors didn't do so well, but thems the breaks I suppose. I will try and find out how Sire did from a "little guys" point of view.

Scribbs, good to hear from you chap, did you enjoy the event? did you buy anything?

Any other comments on vendor kit?

Speak for yourself! I spent over $200 in the WDP tent alone!

Custom Products did roll out their new ASA which doesn't need a rail, and their new 'twist-lock' hopper adapter, which is quite a bit smaller than the Quick Disconnect hopper adapter...System X had their NME line of clothing and under armor up, but it won't be available for a bit yet.

Body Glove was there showing off T-shirts, backpacks, etc., and I have it on good authority that they'll be jumping into the sport making shoes, pants, jerseys, under armor, and a mask as well. That and their spokesmodels were absolute smashers...

Baca was there too, but he never said hello...everyone in the media was extraordinarily busy this weekend!
