Now...I am fully aware of the comments that have been made about Delta Force in the past, regarding the sites themselves and the association with "ticket sellers", but...I have kept a fairly open mind about them, having never been to one of their sites and also knowing, that our very own, Guppy works for them and is a very well informed individual.
However...at work today, one of my collegues appeared, telling me how, last Saturday 5/8/06, he took his son and friends down to the Delta Force site in or around Sevenoaks.
He said they had lots of fun, especially as he had managed to smuggle in a box of paint, that he had acquired elsewhere, and proceeded to use it!
Marshalls were asking, who was using black and yellow paint (as obviously, they weren't supposed to be!)...and eventually...my collegeue was discovered, with half a box of paint left.
I do not for one minute, condone taking paint to a punter site, but..apon discovery...apparently, the Assistant Manager, said he would put the paint in the office until the end of the day, stating that he couldnt use it...fair enough.
The main point of my ramblings, was what followed, at the and of teh day, when my friend was collecting his half box of paint...the same assistant manager, said something along the lines of this:
What do you reckon?
