Delrin Ego Trigger Problems!

Hi all
I just got a delrin ego trigger (star*) and fitted it to my 05 ego, however now the board trigger sensor will not register the trigger breaking the beam, it clearly passes through the beam but the sensor is not recording this. The sensor still works cuz i can wave and allen key through it and i here the solid ticking (firing)

Has anyone get any idea why this happens, and if so what i could do to fix it?

Make sure, that it is actually clear of teh beam, before you start teh pull and clears it when it returns..other wise...it wont resgister that teh pull has ended

or it could be the same problem the fbm triggers had,the tang at back of trigger is miss placed.

im presuming its one of mine?
strange i havent heard of any problems like this before, i'll send you a new'un or give you a refund if you cant sort it, a bad one might have slipped off the machine bed.
does the tang look like its passing through the sensor correctly? like skeet sez if you have your forward stop grub screwed in too far the trigger will sit too far back in the forward position and the tang wont actually clear the beam.

OK, looking at it again. I found the proplem to be that the tang is too low, it is only breaking half the beam, becuase when i pull the trigger outwards (away from the board) and then pull the trigger it fires.

Is that ok if i can get a replacement then please

i'll need the faulty one back im afraid before i can send you a new one (mainly so i can see what went wrong) but i will pay for the postage and i'll put a free ripdrive spinner or something in the letter when i send the replacement for your troubles.

nah cant really do pins unfortunately :] i am working on a new design for a delrin paintball gun that weighs less than a 5p piece, has no moving parts and can cycle at 5000 cps
will be on the market for about 5quid in a few weeks
