I always messaged gassy to get mine changed in the past - it's not something that we can do now 
When you look at your thread in the for sale section, in the list of threads. Does it have the the edit button next to the amount of posts in the thread ?
It is possible to edit the contents of what you post, but not the thread title itself.
There's another thread somewhere below this one where this was asked and answered just after the forum was updated.
That said we weren't able to edit titles and that mods would be able to.
Guy we are not going to edit title for every little change in each thread. So you will have to live with the titles you choose
