Hello PPL ,and may i wish you all a Merry Christmas,

OK im trying to find out if you can stil buy spares for my old DC2 cocker?

the problem is that the Trigger seems to be sticking and some time doesnt fire very at all!!

any ideas would be helpful...

It may just be the trigger pin needs a clean, I had the same problem on my Eclipse F1 Blade, where the pin had corroded a bit and stuck in the body. I pushed hinge pin out and cleaned it with fine wet & dry. After a few drops of oil it was shooting fine again.

Have you oiled the sear???

Seem to remember a problem with this when I had my Racegun. Think DC's are the same...

if the trigger is sticking then its gonna be what gee tee's said... its a crappy design and not a roller bearing. Take the frame off undo the grub screw holding the pin in slide it out and give it a jolly good clean , lil oil wouldn't hurt either..

Sometime the plunger on sear solenoid corrodes, and binds inside the body. It may be worth stripping it out for a clean/lube while your at it?

not at all...

your gonna need to;

take the grips off and unplug all the leads
take the grip frame off
undo the grub screws holding the trigger and sear pins in and give em a clean..

Cheers Guys ,done everything above and it now rocks!!

the only thing is is seems to be misfiring,as in doesnt sound right,and only makes a loud BANG EVERY NOW AND AGAIN....

Sounds like sear on hammer is not catching .Check low pressure reg is set high enough. If it is adjust hammer lug ,there should be a hole in the top of the body for alen key (take out bolt) give it 1/4 turn until it catches.

now just one more final thing,do we have any killer setting for this One Off DC2 Cocker?This is the one which was made for the Pre Launch and was sent around the USA for Mags and PPL to look at! i had some settings and at one point this thing hit 22bps!!...
