We are planning to come to this with 9 people but we are very short on dive tanks (only 4!). If there anything you can do to help with air on site?

dude just speak 2 ur local dive shop and ask if they will hire u sum tanks, cos i know our local shop does tank hire, alternatively get chris 2 get in touch with his old shop teams fury and dam dangerous, i'm sure nearly everyone used 2 av a tank at 1 time

Great idea Craig - except we don't have a local dive shop and have to travel 100 miles to get to one - we normally have loads of dive tanks but due to recent tournaments, we have not had time to fill them - time to buy a compressor me thinks.

Sounds like we should be OK now in any case - just not hearing much on the "how many are going" side.
