The latest word here in the states,Is that smartparts is now got its sights on WDP.Have you peeps heard anything?Also how hard would it be to buy an angel4 fly from you guys if they restrict them from being shipped.We needs some under ground sheet to open up.I cant be with out my new angel4 Fly.

it will be a while before they can block wdp from selling in the us(if they even can),it hasn't even got to court yet,you should have at least 2 months to buy,buy,buy:D
shouldn't be a problem buying from private sellers either:)

Interesting, if they do 'sell out' then on one hand they have to pay $$$ to SP on the other companies like AKA stay out the running i.e. unable to produce rivels markers, if they do fight and win it opens the door for companies, again like AKA to start production again and in turn allow another competitor....

I think that was the point that paul was making. WDP can pay the money and still produce and sell. Or they can fight, win, and let everyone else keep producing. Either way they are in a losing situation if SP have legit reaasons to go atfer WDP.

Factor in the PSP (Smart Parts) vs. NPPL (WDP) and you have another reason why SP may pursue WDP
