custom sports gear...reliable?

our team have just placed an order for some custom jerseys from customs sports gear, at first they had great communication but recently it has stopped, and we havent heard anything for a while now, they have taken £513 out of one of my team mates accounts, presumably as a deposit for the order

has anyone else had any problems from the company?

They were mint when my team use them 2 years ago if thats any help.

Apart from we got done on the import duty as they declare everything properly

CSG can be difficult to deal with and quite slow with orders as they are a very busy company.

But the products are well worth it in the end.

We got the Monkey Love kit done there a few years back. Very friendly people, and the results were great, but they were SLOW. How long have you been waiting? In our case I think it was about 2 months from submitting the artwork to getting the finished results back.
