its probably best just to buy the parts seperatly.
i bought a gold jt stock proflex mask, and at the same time bought white frames and a new faceplate, then just used the strap and soft ears from the stock goggles to complete the mask, until i got the money together to buy a new strap and soft ears.
The only problem i see with buying your desired parts is that you have to have all the parts before you can use them. Whereas when you buy stock proflexes and then just add to them you can use them straight out of the box.
and i just bought everything from LIPS :)
i dont think theres a specific site where you can make custom proflexs. Just shop around to find the perfect ones for you.

just paintball used to have a "build your own proflex" section you could ask them if they still do that.
