Cross Fire or Centre Flag Regs

Firstly im looking to get a high pressure 4500psi reg - adn from what ive been told the two mentioned above are just as good as each other. True?

Second note where can i get either of them from?

Not a lot of difference there mate, and when you see some of the other figures on test, those two come out flying (the evil scion was probably next best...)
