Crimp it baby

I could do with some sort of hand wire crimping tool to fix some metal heads onto wires to go in looms.

I have loads of jobs like upgrading my halo motors, fixing my electric car windows and a few other bits that I just can't find the right metal heads for.

Anyone know where to get a tool and a big set of the connectors you use to attach to the wire. Need quite a range in sizes if anyone knows of any places.

Wilkinson and places like that do sets, but they always have a lame spectrum of connectors to go with them.

You can crimp normal halo/egg connectors with pliers.




Most of the crimps on wiring looms inside paintball guns are crimped by machines that cost hundreds of thousands of pounds.

have you tried www.screwfix.com as they do all sorts of assorted electrical stuff??

I've had the pleasure of using one a few a thousand times John, when I was making some dashboard wiring looms. I'm really after a connecter/crimp supplier who with a large selection.

That webbies alright, don't have any of what I'm after though, cheers anyway.
