cricket board problem

I have a 2 month old cricket board for my impulse.The problem is that when I turn it on it continusly squeeks. The light at the back also doesn't register that a shot has been fired.
So i was just wondering if anyone knew how to solve it.
I know I should talk to smart parts but they're closed for the night.

Presumably you've tried changing you battery to check it's not that? Otherwise, they should be open at about 10.00am tomorrow, you must be able to wait one more day.
