Crazy shocker board ?

My Cousin has a dynasty shocker in which the board fried when the gun got damp, Smart Parts have changed the board so it's something from them and not an aftermarket board.
Now the problem is that we don't know which board it is, (nerve or shocker) but three quick taps of the trigger and hold it back and then the gun goes fully auto..............but not that quick?
Seems to be running about 10 Bps but definately not up at the 15bps cap limit.
As we don't know which board is in there, is there any way of telling what it is and more importantly where we can get some info on it?
Doesn't seem to be anything on the SP website
Any ideas?

Ok then,
He's played around with the settings and now it's going off like an "Uzi on crack" !
Anyone know how to get things legal?

Yeah of course he can, but we just wondered if there was a resident expert browsing the forum, who knew all there is to know about all things SP !
Or maybe a link to another site somewhere?
It's got to be a "stock" SP board but the manuals tell you bugger all about them, i suppose it could have been an american board that's found it's way over here, but even so there must be some info written down somewhere?
Or is it black magic, just like getting service out of SP:D

Anyone got any info?

Three quick taps then hold it down to go fully auto is NXL mode.

On shocker and nerve boards the MROF is adjustable (it is controled by the recharge and dwell options) which probably explains why it was going slow.

PS Shocker sport, what a beast!!!
But I think he has one of the new shockers.

Does NXL stand for "Naughty but eXceLlent"?:D
Cheers for that John, yes the shocker is the new style dynasty model, but thanks sandown for the link anyway.
We have worked out how to change the speed up and down, as it goes from something like 10bps up to maybe 25bps+ and at the top end the speed is insane, but not very legal.
So has anyone got a set up book or anything to save us spending hours pressing every combination of buttons to get something that's close to tournament legal?
Cheers

Its National Xball League ;)

NXL mode is actually the safest fire mode available, its far safer than 'semi'.

I dont know where to get a manual but there must be an option in there for fire mode, which will let you change the board to 'semi'.

More of a problem will be finding out what dwell and recharge you are on, as smart pants have a rather cryptic system using flashes and beeps and stuff.
Although Im told the best way to setup a shocker is to put the dwell at the highest it goes, then chrono from there.

I knew that john i was just messing about, having the shocker running fully auto at 25+bps gives a massive grin factor, and is totally recomended to try it if your gun is capable:D
After a bit more playing around with the modes, dwell, etc we think we have it sussed but i'm just really surprised that there doesn't seem to be any info published anywhere, even if it was only a guide for getting you started
John, i'd be interested to know your reasons why you think NXL is safer than semi?
I'm not arguing here just merely interested as i don't see the justification.;)
