CPL coaching query

Where is the CPL M7 coaching allowed from? Is there an area set aside for designated coaches, or is it limited to from behind the netting? And what about from the team pit areas? And if coaching is allowed from the pit area, how does it work with eliminated players? Obviously they can't say anything while they are leaving the field, but once they are in the pit area with the other coaches are they allowed to start coaching then?

Basicly...

Yes dead players cant say owt till there off the field.
Coaching allowed from the pits, only the team playing are in that area, anyone in it can coach.
Sideline coaching on spectator/snake side by anyone. However in Bitburg they had about 3/4m reserved for CPL registered players only before the main crowd barrier.

At both Marseille and Bitburg there were sections of the fields behind the start gates that were out of bounds for coaching, but this was due to layout I think.
