CPL and SPL team lists

I did a little search but didn't turn anything up. I was wondering which teams made the cut for the SPL and CPL for the 2007 season. Obviously they might not be the ones that actually end up playng but was intersted all the same.

If anyone can link me to an old thread or other source it would be much appreciated.

PS Tried the millennium website. Couldn't find it.
