CP asa

I currently have a CP on/off asa stuck on the bottem of my cocker and to turn the air flow on you just screw in the end. I was told by a Marshall on sunday that it would not be legal for play at Millenium events etc because it can't be locked down.

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about/has had any problems with this.

Cheers

I think that the Judge who told you that is a little confused;)

He is perhaps thinking that adjusting the on/off alters the output pressure like on a Max-flow:rolleyes:

Your set-up is perfectly legal to use in Millenniums (out of curiosity - who told you this?)

Theoretically an ASA like that could be used in such a way that the tank doesn't give out it's full pressure. However, any marshall worth his salt would just turn in the knob by no more than half a turn before chronoing one of these. Shouldn't be a problem. Give the guy who told you that a kick in the shin ;)
