Im thinking of putting some Video clips like derder 300fps and obscure influence trailers on my website, do i need to ask them for permission, or say something like clips are courtesy of derder blah blah blah?

I have been in touch with der der and they are pretty cool guys as long as you give them credit for the clips and are not been making money out of it they will probably say yes.
