how do u make the image smaller or save it this way or wat

[How]

here is how i did it:

Copy and paste it into paint (when in paint you have to go into edit and click paste as you cant right click in paint). Then press ctrl + e and youll be in the pictures menu, click pixel in the units section, so that measurement is used and just type in the hight and length (in pixels) you want (eg. 75 by 75)

i got that up and was like sweet
changed the pixs
and it didnt make the image small like
cut the corner out
