Use photoshop and resize the image.

Go into paint (everyone has paint), at the top select image then attributes. In the width and height boxes type 75 (so its 75 x 75) then paste your picture into paint. Enlarge it or whatever and you're done. I don't know if there is an easier way, and there probably is, but thats how i did mine. Save it as a .jpg file too, that helps.
