component/connector advice needed?

Hi all

this might be one for John C but i'd thought id ask here in case anyone else can help

My RF chip and standard harness arrived this morning. i currently run a viking which runs a 3 point mollex connector for the solenoid.

My standard harness uses 2 pin JSTs.

My question is would i simply be able to lift the tabs on a JST connector and slide the climps into a mollex connector? or do RSTs and mollex run different crimps, bigger maybe?

Any light on this would be great

JSTs..

The Molex crimps are smaller, but they might fit.
I know it works the other way around (molex crimps go in to JST housings, they are just a bit loose).

It wont do anything bad if it doesnt work.
So I say give it a try.

nope couldnt get them to connect JST too big for Mollex and vice verse.
