Hi Sam,
DYE Europe don't 'service' guns, although Ash who heads up or tech department is always on hand to fix any problems you may have.
Some of our dealers may offer servicess so it may be worth emailing your favoured dealer directly.

my team mate sent a gun to ash after 1 call then when gun was returned it didnt even work at all and had same problem it left with now i had to sort it and it has been runnin ok and the dwell being turned up to 24 helps the autofire problems lol
