Men and Women of the Empire!
The Commonwealth is expanding, and we are looking for players with energy, drive, determination, and discipline to fill our ranks. As part of the Commonwealth Expeditionary Force, you will be called upon to lead Commonwealth offensive efforts across the length and breadth of the D-Day battlefield.
The Commonwealth brings together men and women from the United States, Canada, England, Scotland, Wales, Spain, Bosnia, Finland, Sweden, Holland and Australia. In 2010, we hope to add Belgium and Malaysia! Our players come from every walk of life, and every conceivable background. We welcome all levels of experience, from the first time player to the seasoned veteran. We are looking for candidates who exhibit personal integrity and sportsmanship, who can think and react independently, who have the discipline and strength of character to effectively represent the Regiment and the Commonwealth and who can work effectively as a member of a larger team. You will be called upon to accomplish objectives in the face of overwhelming German opposition. You will be required to move quickly and quietly over vast distances, to assault fortified positions, and to coordinate your actions with other Commonwealth and Allied forces.
The Commonwealth is its own self contained section of the allied forces and has its own Airbourne, Infantry, Special Forces, Armour, Anti-tank and Artillery groups. Our force is tight knit... You ALWAYS know where the Commonwealth is, where we camp, who we are. We’ve reactivated a unit, the Royal Winnipeg Rifles. Along with the 13th/18th Light Dragoons, they are both wide open for troop billets. This would be an opportune time for a team to become the core element of either unit and make a name for themselves. We are also actively seeking tankers to join the 13th/18th Royal Hussars. From what I have been told by the Head Game Coordinator, the insurance for the paintball tanks will be covered by the Promoter. That’s $150 the tank owner doesn’t have to come out of pocket with. The CEF also offers inexpensive group dining and group barracks, along with help in planning your trip to D-Day. With players coming 10K miles, no, it’s not too far away or too expensive.
If you wish to join any unit in the First Expeditionary Force of the Commonwealth, please send an email to the commander of the unit of your choice.
