Colours in millenium

Anyone know what colours will or more importantly will not be allowed at this years millenium?

Pink, orange?/


Not able to download with millenium rules, i get an error message saying the file is damaged and can not be repaired. Anyone else getting something similar??

As you have to buy paint from the vendors there, I don't think you'll have any problems with them selling you illegal paint.
