There's an IP address in the description of the video, you could try connecting to their server maybe?

Not sure if it's the same mod or not, but that simpsons one looks pretty good.
Brings back memories of digital paintball, I can't remember what that was a mod for, half life source or CSS source or something like that.

The mod is Modern Paintball. Load it up and do a filtered search for servers WITH mods enabled and you will see modern paintball servers.
My set up is a fully auto Tippman with Warp Feed. It is great fun but trying to find a server with players in can be a pain :-(
