Cocker's Cocking Rod Removel?

Right, I got my 2003 Stock COcker for xmas and all is fine. I'm gonna go balling with it in a while so I thought that I better test and timing and velocity. One prob. Seeing as its my first marker, I know this sounds absolutly stupid, but I don't know how to remove the cocking rod and I don't want to bust it up trying so I thought I better ask you guys for help.

Cos in the manuel it says to ajust the velocity romove the cocking rod and shove an allen key in its place. Any Help Please

The cocking rod can simply be screwed out by turning it anti-clockwise.

yup just unscrew it, but be v carfull not to cross thread it when you put it back in!

If it makes you feel any better, just after I got my Cocker I managed to put the bolt in upside-down, then wondered why it just went phut and a ball rolled out of the end.
