Cocker valve and hammer combo

Allright here's my question. What is the best hammer and valve combo to get a low operating presure with good air eficiancy and a fast recharge rate?

And while we are on the subject what is the "best" operating pressure to run a cocker (and don't say the lower the better)

I have a Rat valve and a Shocktech hammer, but I just installed them last night along with my Blade frame. I haven't worked out the kinks yet. but I'll get back to you as soon as I do. I'll be working on it right after work(about 4 hours from now ) As far as the operating pressure, do you mean the input pressure from the vertical reg?

I finally got everything figured out, and I have to say my hammer/valve combo is great. You know about the leaking issue I had, but after all of you cleared it up it shoot great!
