Cocker threaded feed tubes

Hi

Has WGP changed the thread of it's threaded feed tubes in recent years???- i have 2 eclipse cockers with removeable tubes but the necks won't swap over.

If they are different does anyone know if Chipley will make a clamping feed neck to fit the other thread, got one that fits but it won't go on the other gat- most frustrating

as far as i know they have always been the same....ak dangerous brian he will know for definate

Have you cleaned the threads in the marker that you can not get it to fit in???

Just mentioned it becasuse I just removed a "standard" feed neck, but could not get the new one to fit.....when I had a good look, there was "locktite" still in the threads. I removed it with a pick, and the new one fitted stright away.

Thanks guys- have looked at the threads and they seem clean- feedneck unscrews effortlessly, will ask dangerous.

yes, in their wisdom wgp decided to change the thread size slightly.

well, not realy change, but let the tollerences slip a little.

some batches of older guns will not take the new feed tubes.

UNLESS you mod the feed tube. we can do this ( not sure the price ), and would need your gun to make sure it fits.
