ive been making sure all my kit is ready for sunday as its been a few months since i was last balling. anyway, ive got a problem with the actuator rod and the 3 way.
the marker fires fine, its timed as well as i can get it, only problem is, the rod keep slipping away from the body, this causes a small leak out of the front of the 3 way. im sure its not going to get better if i fiddle with the 3 way, so is there any way i can get the rod to stick to the side of the marker??
i know you can tap the ASA thing it passes through, but this isnt really going to be easy to do before sunday. any quick tips for me.

cheers mike

hmmm. you've given me an idea. I do have to go into school on friday to get some award  and my dad is design teacher, so i can use his workshop to make something simple. might have a go at making a new beavertail too as i need a screw for that as i lost the old one.

thank you very much

just spoke to my dad, hes taking my marker in tomorrow, see what he comes up with. he has this assistant guy who just loves a challenge, and hes already talking about brass, milling and more
only problem is the length of the screw, doesnt leave much room.

If you can source the small o-rings that fit round the rod part of the 3-way they fit around the actuating rod at the point of contact on the other side of the frame holding the rod in place without restricting the trigger movment, had the same problem with my mini cocker and this fixed it and cost me nothing.

Save you some cash...........if you can find em.
