which would be an accurate gun and a ok rate of fire? i dont want to shoot too fast, and not too slow

Both are considered as good, accurate tourney markers. It really comes down to which you like best after trying them both. If you like electros go for the Shocker if not then the Cocker. Note the Shocker has a larger profile & is very heavy, also a bit of a gas hog, but of course is easier to fire quickly.
I don't really understand your comment about not firing too quickly - surely even with the fastest marker you only fire at the rate you pull the trigger

Alternativly if money isn't a big deal go for a cocker and then an electro upgrade such as the Eblade or race gun!

if you want electro why dont you get the nasty impulse or somthing like that with the nasty it comes with a magnetic trigger or a blade ur choice thats cool.

If you've tried them both then you should know in your heart which is the marker for you.If you come sparklies some time soon you can shoot my shocktech cocker and maybe guppy will let you try her shocker.

Well if you play mid/front, don't even THINK about a Shocker. They are very large & heavy indeed, & you should be looking at keeping your profile as small as possible & the weight down if you can.
Angel or Impulse for fronts, or maybe a Matrix.
