not a clue how to remove these bits from my cocker.

ASA

On the ASA, the lower part, you need a 12 point socket, i belive it's called, and make sure it's deep enough to reach the nut inside.

On the CP feedneck, I have no idea... :-|

feedneck should unscrew, but might be locktited on in which case you might have to heat it a little with a hairdryer

lol ive used a lighter before.......... dont work too well!!

also, you could try clamping the feedneck in a vice and turning the gun, you get more leverage

If you can get teh top part that says CP on it, off...might be a slotted section underneath, which you can put a knife or simlar acoss, so you can turn it.
