Hi all,

I have just picked up a cocker (nexus E2) I have the manual for the E2 but no manual for the cocker it's self. it has full nexus internals (well it would being a nexus E2lol) but i need to know how to use stuff like the REX dialler kit and the LPR also low level to mid level maintenance i.e. what and were to strip down and oil etc.

Are there any online manuals at all?

Any help would be great.

Cheers all :D

All you really need to do..is every now and then, put a couple of drops of Love Juice or similar, into the ASA, or macro line, before you gas it up...take the barrel off...shoot it for a bit to work it through (dont want oil in the barrel!).

Rex dialler...should be a small hole in the back block, on left hand side that lines up with the grub screw in the dialler...
clockwise decreases velocity, anti clockwise increases velocity....

Dont put any oil on the hammer, or anywhere in the lower internals....very occasionally, they advise you to put some hard wearing lubricant on the sear tip...its HSS spray or something...but I havent done it yet! they sell it at planet.

Make sure you run the right pressure into the gat...around 325 PSI from the Black Magic..and about 550/600 from your main reg.
On the Black Magic, the large grub screw in teh botom, is used to adjust input pressure..again...wind it out to increase pressure, wind in to reduce it.

Worth swetspotting if it hasnt been done...but if the gun works OK, and is getting enough shots per fill...leave it alone.

Thin smear of love juice on o-rings on teh bolt (only the o-ring) when you play, maybe halfway through day as well, helps keep it all nice, and acts like a windscreen wiper to the Eye.

I have one other tip,

Dont mess about with the trigger, I cant help myself and ive twisted this and tweaked that on mine, and kinda ruined the debounce feature, leave the trigger the same as it comes out of the box from Planet.

What have you done to it? You should still be able to adjust the TT filters to suit your trigger...unless it's stupidly short....

go on the E2 tech course being run by Nicky T at Planet! its the shizzle and you will be answering these questions instead of asking them straight after!
