So by that, you must have a remote satellite link to be posting here....I am on my way to the tent now, and I am getting the body ready for machining, which is why I want it all out.

Jahlad, the hammer is the bit in the lower part of the body, that the trigger sear clicks up on, I see no screws at all, as it is a floating assembly.

yeah thats the bugger...ok look at the top of the marker...you are looking for a small hole just behind the vert feed.....put an allen key down there and turn the timing pin till it drops out....presto then the rest of the hammer will slide out of the arse end of the marker :)

Bugger

Cheers mate, I went storming back to my bench muttering "what bloody screw?" then noticed the nice hole dropping down through to do it, 5 seconds later, my bolt is quite happy on the floor :D

OK then, this hammer is quite heavy, any thoughts on hammer weights for cockers? Is it the same type of thing as with Imps as in need to keep the wieght up?

...and less force pulling the bolt forward, so you can chop less paint.

I find that 45 grams is about right, wouldn't go lower than 40, but Freeflow makes a 70 gram hammer I would like to try.
