im putting a new front block on all the pneaumatics which would u suggest for low preasure

New front blocks are all about looks. Infact none of those parts have the slightest thing to do with low pressure.

Micah's right. Front block only hold the front pneumatics and nothing else.

If you are getting pnuematics you can put on a volumizer screw. That will put some more space into the valve area, making for more air, making for lower pressure.
Also an adjustable Low pressure reg just helps keeping your gun running smooth.
