I have a Tippmann A5 and am looking at ways of making it more compact. On watching a few painball videos on youtube there seem to be a few markers out there that have the Co2 bottle mounted forward under the barrel. This looks very cool, sort of grenade launcher type look. I have examined my A5 and the air line could be attached to the front verticle handle but I would need some sort of bracket on the base of the handle to do this. I have searched high and low on the internet and can find no conversion kit or front handle adapter to mount a forward facing bottle. Does such a thing exist? Does anybody else think this would be a good idea? It would work best with a 12oz bottle attached to the front. So can anybody help me? this would be purely for rec ball use.

You can get an adaptor to but your CO2 tank under the barrel, even a cover so it looks like a 206 launcher. The draw back of this is it makers your marker very front heavy.

Have you considered getting a remote line and carring your co2 bottle in your battle pack? If you have a stock it means you can still aim and hold the marker steady but don't have to deal with the weight.

Don't show too well but makes the marker much easier to hold and lighter.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have a remote line, just thought the lternative look would be cool to try out, especially if I use the smaller bottle. Where can I gt the adaptor for the front grip??? I have looked everywhere and cant find one.
Thanks,
Steve
