Can you use standard macroline and push grip elbows fittings for co2?

I put macroline on my phantom when running air but planning on going back to co2 for a few events. Do I have to get an old style braided hose for it again or is macroline rated for co2 as well?

Don't want to just try it and see :0

Thanks

I would contact Tom Allen mate, he does awesome fittings, that are actually approved beyond the pressure that we commonly use. Most Macroline is only stated at 500psi.

They look better too.

But yes, you can still use those fittings.

That said, if you have Micro Line, get rid, ASAP, coz it's really crap and dangerous.

I've got braided hose I can swap between my guns but I've seen some of the dual air/co2 guns have macroline hoses and was wondering if it's ok just to leave on and use for co2.

I used it before with no issues, thought HPA was rated at about 850psi after CO2 outputs anyway?

Nice phantom, used to have one myself and still have the 7/8inch silencer knocking about somewhere lol

Yes i thought it was rated high enough because it takes direct air bottle feeds, It's the cold i wasn't sure about.

I used to have a silencer on a mayhen merlin when i first started paintballing in <cough splutter> It made the thing about 4 foot long. Even had telescopic sights on it, the shame of youth...

If you want rid of the silencer then I have another old school gun in my collection that it would go on :)
