how do you insert those pictures that show up below your name in a post

and look for the title signature

but if it ur own 1 u have made or sum has made u
u need to host the picture

then in signature

... if you mean the Avatars... under your name (sorry)
You go into User Settings, Edit Options, right down the bottom is the option to Change Avatar, click on that then find an ickle picture which fits the dimensions and hey presto its done.

...there should be a section in the activation email or something telling all new users how to do certain things, alternatively we could just tell them to look in the FAQ section!
