Cleaning Hyper 2 reg

Hey guys,

Ive noticed recently that im getting quite bad drop off with my PMR at high rates of fire. Looking round the web i believe this could be due to a dirty reg (since its never been cleaned).

Does anyone know of any guide for cleaning the reg or is able to offer any advice on how to do it as ive never had it apart before.
