Well most people know me as Trevor from H-PAC so i thought i would first appogise to those who thought we were supplying the air at last weekends Simply the Best, we thought we were but there must have been a mix up somewhere, easily sorted by promoters booking with a deposit same as you guys have to.
Next issue, we pride ourselves in supplying safe clean air to all events, in fact if a marker was damaged by our air we would pay to have it repaired at our expense, we filter down to 2 microns before it enters our fill stations and always work to breathing air standard (air test results can be shown on test certificate carried on truck with insurance certificate).
We always have a reserve compressor in case of breakdowns as no air means no event and thats no good to us, you, or the promoter, just think of the implications at Paris with 140 teams etc.
We charge 5.50 per person per day not inc vat not 6.50 as someone had been telling people, which equals 4.68 for as many fills as you wish, next year this will increase slightly for events that allow ramping as as we all know more paint flying means more air used which in turn increases our operating costs, also the 10p per ltr road fuel increase and a 50% increase in the last 12 months for gas oil is currently being carried by ourselves.
We feel our prices are fair given the expense in building the equipment and maintaining the standard to which we operate, our operators are trained and we always check bottles are in test and of correct standard as you know, some operators even filled DOT cylinders at recent events which if there had been an accident would have put your sport back years if not ending it completely, think about it.
We enjoy doing what we do but like every business have to make a profit, at 100k for the Millenium Truck i cant do it for the love,

Okay my moan is over and yes i am definately at Lincoln this weekend with Tim operating as usual.
Finaly to those who wish to supply air make sure its safe, clean, and invest in good equipment as we have done and will continue to do so, competion is good and we want the sport to grow not dissapear due to negligence.

take care and we will see you all soon at future events

Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UK Masters will only ever have H Pac at our events, for God sakes they supply the Milleniums with top of the range fill stations, and we only want the best, yes their are cheaper air suppliers out there, but as stated, DOT bottles being filled, it isnt worth the risk to the sport if something was to happen.

Even if you increased your prices for non ramping events, we would pay it so our players, have peace of mind, that their equipment wouldnt be contaminated.

Keep up the good work, Trev, Tim and your properly trained crew.

True dat- it makes me chuckle hearing people bitching about flash fills etc when a few years ago we were using ******* dive bottles at events and all getting 2000psi fills by the end of the day. H-Pac make a potentially dangerous process safe and easy, always have a good attitude to their customers and epitomise professionalism. I was surprised and disappointed not to see them doing the air at STB, and indeed never got a full 4500 fill all day. Roll on Starrgate- the big games are great now we can get clean fast fills all day for less than the cost of a fancy nipple cover.

H-PAC have invested a lot of time effort and money to be the best suppliers of AIR at Paintball events all over Europe.

They are worth every penny charged and more.

Not sure who's been complaining, but if they don't like paying a fiver then they can easily spend the £5000 it costs to get a decent 4500 psi system like we did for training.
Barring that, they can always blow into the bottle???

For christ's sake, you put that amount into your hopper in 9v's no-one complains about that 'cost' and a dead hopper isn't likely to hurt anyone.

I think it is a case of the Tournament promoters trying to save a few quid and not the players complaining about the price of air. Afterall the air is included in the entrance fees. The players are not asked for an extra £5 when they turn up.

Bottom line is

HPAC are the best in the business. Working/helping out at a site(pba) that uses compressed air rather than co2 you learn alot about what actually goes into having 4500-3000psi fills on tap all the time and ths just for 50 punters, no 150-400 players.

Its alot of work and alot of "pressure" for HPAC and they handle it in thier stride with no problems and never any worries/problems that they cannot handle.

Nothing but respect for you guys.
Sure your not the cheapest, but its like anything in this life. You pay for what you get...if you demand the best +more you go to HPAC...Simple as that :)

Keep on truckin guys.
