Why can't I post in classifieds when I have 20 posts outside of it?

It's a pure guess but maybe the forums don't also update right away and is schedule ever hour/two/nightly to update new people access to the classifieds.

From experience I would say that there is a time restriction on the 20 count as well so that there is a chance for the mods to look you over, otherwise anyone can speed post spam and get straight into classifieds
