Classified is defined as Sales and Wanted not Buy and Sell

but now according to Pipes

Please no Wanted threads, this is a forum for selling items not asking for what people may have in there kit bag or just hanging around.

Therefore it is not a Classified but a For Sale forum

If you made things clear then maybe there would be less work for you to do

So I have item x for sale you want to BUY it....... Simple concept really and I like it!

It is not the concept of I wonder if someone has a gun for sale so I will ask ask, or if they have a o-ring set for sale.

However if any of the MODS disagree with me then fine I will let it pass.

I like it the way it is at the moment, because some people require things that shops don't sell like A screw or a particular seal or a bar.

Example, I needed a trigger pin for my ego frame, Planet don't sell them. What am I meant to do, wait until someone happens to put one up for sale, or buy an entire new trigger frame from Planet?

We do need the WTD threads, although some of them are really annoying me at the moment...

I think Buddha and the rest of you are doing a great job & there's less 'for sale' (wtf, what are you selling??) and the like threads.
Tho if we could just teach one guy in particular to spell Wanted, not 'whanted' .

Nah, leave it as is, wanted threads are good as longs as they aren't for example: "Wanted: a gun" with no particular specifics.

See, yeah Rentonc gives stuff away (he GAVE me a shocker bolt and firing can , AND some ego eyes ). Giving/sharing's the kinda mentality we should be promoting (not for my sake I mean, I've done it as well), and I don't mean the 'I am poor, donate any kit you have please' threads. Giving stuff makes you feel all warm 'n fuzzy, are you gonna stop us from doing that?

I know its a bit late after the debate - but as the others stated above, Keep the wanted threads -

I posted a "wanted - Halo drive cone screw (uk)" which is what i needed after losing mine, which allowed me to get the 1 screw from a geezer on here, free as it happens (top bloke Emopikey!) - which saved me buying a whole screw kit (which i dont need) or worse, a new drive cone kit! (which i definately dont need!)

So, im glad you are keeping the Wanted, just clamp down on the peeps that put "Wanted......." with no explantion in the title of what they want!! Now that is annoying
