Hi all,

Totally unsure of the worth of this item.

I know there are some experts on here so if you could post your honest opinions I'd be grateful.

It's a 68 classic, the valve/reg is in very good condition and the serial is a match both sides. Seals, spring and bolt are good and it shoots, but considering my GA tank is mid pres it just about manages to gas it but I can't seem to tweak it any to chrono over around 240...

Someone has obviously butchered the grip frame and there is no expansion bottle for running on CO2, but as most mag modders swap grip frames out from older Egos etc I thought it shouldn't be too bad. I'm considering cleaning the frame up as best I can before selling on preferably to someone who knows what their doing to turn it into something very special.

To be honest bud, it isnt worth that much. The trend at the moment seems to be splash anno'd classics, x-valved and other upgrades. Standard mags seem to linger for a while. If you want rid £35-50 plus postage. I picked two off of someone last month for £80 posted and that included a few after market barrels and bolts

Bottle output should be around 500-650 psi to get the velocity up. AGD recomends output pressure of 800-950psi to consistency and crispness. I'd say that's about 35-45£

Don't think the grip has been butchered, front bottle/foregrip mounts to the rail normally where the screw is AFAIK

It's been dremelled to within an inch of it's life I think lol

It's not too bad, I could possibly wet and dry it down to a smooth finish which might make it easier to re-anno...

@Kevin Winter & @Spookls I'll certainly let you know buddy. I'll see what I can do in the way of tidying it up first, would like to get what it's worth to somebody, I know it's a buyer's market at the moment so I'll make it a realistic price.

Cheers mate. Happy to do all the tidying up myself personally - that's half the fun!
