Chronoing gun Problem

Hi all,
hoping someone here has some advice, went to get my gun chrono'd today and just could not get it below 300fps not matter how much it was adjusted. This is on a Spyder VS1 running air

Might help if you told us what marker it is....

And if your running air of good old CO2 as that has a problem sometimes due to being a supercritical fluid

Main spring is too heavy or adjuster is doing nothing.

Chop a coil off it

When it doesnt work after a while, get an Ion or PMR...or second hand Ego, DM4/5 etc...

shorten the spring.

seen it on a few spyders, once that done it should be fine or you could get a new spring kit (if they still do them)

Is that not what I just put? Or did you not read the whole thread (I do that too sometimes!)

Thanks for that, i assume it is safe enough to chop the spring

well u cud look on fatbobs , duno if they sell spairs for spyders but they deffinatly sell spyders
