Christmas jobs?

I've given my resume to a few places local, and a lot of stores in the high street.

Does anyone have anything over the christmas period, I dont want big money I just need something to support myself really.

I read somewhere/saw on the telly that Poundland are hiring over 1000 additional staff for the Christmas season.

Might be a good place to apply if you havn't already.

their also in high demand from people looking for jobs, the last interview session at my local waitrose had 180 applications to 3 available jobs.

Id suggest applying to local bars/clubs they always have a high staff turnover

If you have any local restaurants or hotels that hold frequent christmas events/functions, they usually have a wealth of staff for the christmas season. The Park Inn that hired me took on around 50 people in the months before christmas - on top of their regular staff.

Worked there for a year and a half, and loved EVERY minute of it.

Get to retail companies. The likes of tesco/asda they employ loads of temp staff over the christmas period. Easy money if I'm honest.
