Hi all im after a bit of help and advice.

1. i know chemical ball closed but why.
2. is it up for sale.
3. how much is it
4. would it be worth looking into it.
5. how hard would it be to re-set the site up

any info would be well accepted

If it’s the same place I’m thinking about on the way to Manchester, running alongside a carting place.
Not 100% sure why it closed down, but the set up there was not that hot!
It used to be set up on 2 floors with a ladder joining the 2, but then they ditched all that and set up 2 fields with bin bag covered car tires.
This I guess did not really appeal to the general punter.
There were no scenarios or game plans and when you compare to places like Marchbrook it was just dull !!!!
I had a few games there when I first started, when you rang up they were apparently really busy, then when you turn up ……… the place was empty! And I guess had been for quite a while (no paint on the floors etc)
You could pm TROG_1 he introduced me to the place and might have a bit more info?
