Got a few mates who are interested is starting out (took them to a tourny and now hooked). They are after the most basic gear to start with and dont have much cash (under £100...i know shouldnt get in a sport if you cant afford it). I have been searching around the net and found a few spyders and such that you can get for that price but was ideally after air on it (0.8ltr pmi is around £50 leaving £50 odd for marker and hopper).

Can anyone recommend a cheap setup to entire newbie tournies that wont be breaking and please dont reply with "save up for an ion...or another marker"

obviously i can get them to spend a tiny bit more if the package is right, any ideas?

Alan

EDIT: please dont pm me offers as ideally want a bulk by from company brand new otherwise will be left with x number of this y number of this and will get confusing

You'd be better off buying a good thermal mask £30, a used egg £30 (hopper), and a battle pack with pots £20. Use the site guns, as they'll be just as good as the spyder clones.

Then if you feel like you want to take things further, buy a reasonable gun for around £200, a preset air system £50 - £100, and you can use the mask hopper and pack you bought before.

If you buy this Vexor package deal you'll end up selling it all for £10 when you want to upgrade. As it's crap.

save up for an ion...or another marker"
well im sorry mate but that would be your best bet cos most of these "so called entry level markers" are a waste of time imo as if you use these in tournys you will be seriously out gunned plus will only cost you more in the long run as you will have to upgrade very soon,i know you didnt want to hear this but trust me it will save you money in the long run as im sure other people would agree.
