Could someone please give Charlotte Simms a nudge for me please as I'm waiting for a £60 refund for kit that never turned up.
I know she has not been on here but I've sent her messages on FB which she has ignored. Been over a month since should of received kit and over two weeks since she said she would refund me my money.
Not really bothered about the wait but don't like being ignored and expect better.
